Arrest made in use of woman’s credit card

BATAVIA—Joshua G. Bachorski, 28, of South Spruce Street, was arrested Thursday on three counts of criminal possession of stolen property and one count of petit larceny for using a Pembroke woman’s credit card without her consent three times last month.

The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office said Bachorski was jailed in lieu of $ 10,000 bail following his arraignment in Batavia Town Court. He is scheduled to return to court Oct. 31.

The Sheriff’s Office said Bachorski is facing arraignment in Pembroke Town Court on Tuesday on a petit larceny charge for allegedly selling the same woman’s washer and dryer without her consent recently.
