Man used stolen credit card to buy Harley

SAN ANTONIO –

The brother of the victim in a case of credit card abuse said he’s not sure the arrest of a suspect will mean an end to the troubles.

Kent Mantle, however, said he is ecstatic that police have made an arrest.   

Benjamin Mendoza, 36, was taken into custody Tuesday on charges of credit card abuse, exploitation of the elderly and fraudulent use of identification.
